TLDR: My journey into sex and relationships education started by chance but quickly turned into a passion. From teaching awkward sex ed lessons to pursuing a Master’s in Sexology, I now explore the complexities of intimacy through my podcast, Supersex. Guided by honesty, equity, humour, and exploration, I aim to break stigma, share knowledge, and make sex education accessible, fun, and empowering for everyone.

You know that moment when your boss hands you a task, and you’re like, wait, this is my thing now? That’s exactly how my journey into sex and relationships education began. My principal asked me to take on the school’s sex ed program, and I thought, sure, how hard can it be? (Spoiler: there’s a lot more to it than awkward diagrams and banana demonstrations.)

I signed up for a few professional development workshops and then a few more... and then a few more, and BOOM—passion unlocked. Turns out, I’m pretty good at taking big, complicated topics, breaking them down into easily understandable content and then turning them into something people actually want to talk about. Not long after I started teaching sex ed, I had other teachers coming to me for advice about their own relationships and sex lives. That’s when I knew I needed to dive even deeper — so I enrolled in a Master’s of Sexology and haven’t looked back since.

Now, through my podcast, Supersex, I get to explore all the wild, wonderful, and weird aspects of sex and relationships. I interview experts from around the world, dig into the latest research, and share it all in a way that’s entertaining and (hopefully) eye-opening.

At the core of everything I do are my four guiding principles:

  • Honesty: I don’t sugarcoat it. Whether we’re talking kinks, communication, or contraception, I give people the facts so they can make decisions that work for them.

  • Equity for All: Everyone deserves to learn about sex and relationships—no matter their abilities, preferences, or where they fall on the spectrum of "typical."

  • Humour: Let’s be real—sex is awkward and funny sometimes, and that’s okay! I use humour to break down barriers and make learning about it fun, not cringey.

  • Exploration: Forget cookie-cutter advice. I help people dig into their own values and attitudes, because intimacy is personal, and one size definitely does not fit all.

My mission? To kick shame, stigma, and outdated myths to the curb and help people unlock their full sexual potential. Let’s make sex great again—because life’s too short for boring intimacy.
